A square is formed within the vesica piscis when two lines are drawn between the two midpoints of the circles and the intersections of the vesica piscis. Taking this square away, the next Golden Rectangle remains;

Hi Kathleen,
I did go on your web and read what you said about the number paintings. How did I inspire you about the golden rectangle?
You asked me my thoughts. I wanted to respond to the drawing yesterday for four-quatro, tetra etc. When I picture four: I think of a compass with four directions north,south, east, west; I think of the 4 basic elements-earh, fire, water, air; I think of four leaf clovers, I think of the celtic cross; of crystals; of stars glimmering; I think of crossroads, of the game four-square; and the Valentine 2 good 2 be 4 gotten. The number four for me seems to represent balance.
Love, Kitty
P.S. Forgot to tell you we received a card from Audrey, Josh and Greg. I bet you miss them!

Kitty, thanks for sharing this. The 4 directions, 4 elements and 4 seasons are all associations that come to my mind as well.
